Do you ship internationally?

We’re pleased to offer worldwide signed for shipping on all purchases, no matter how big or small your order. All express delivery orders placed before 12pm will be picked, packed and dispatched by our fulfilment team on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please ensure your details are correct upon order as we are unable to edit delivery addresses of parcels already dispatched. If any customs or VAT charges are incurred on orders placed outside of the EU, the buyer is responsible for these charges.

How do I find my size?

Each of our products have their own individual sizing guide, these can be found within the description, on product pages. 

If you have any difficulty locating the sizing guides, or would like to know a specific measurement not that is not listed on the sizing guide, please feel free to contact customer support at: info@powergoods.com and we will try our best to resolve your query. 

When will items restock? 

We do our best to keep popular items in stock all year round. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to do so.

If a product is sold out, you will be given the option to sign up for a stock alert. We constantly monitor sign-up alerts and plan restocks based around these figures. 

We also recommend signing up to our newsletter and following us on social media to be notified of new releases and restocks. 

When will you respond to my query? 

Our customer support team is available 9-4 Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We respond on a first-come first-serve basis but be assured, our customer service team will be with you as soon as possible. Messages we have received over the weekend and during busy times may have a delayed response due to a high volume of emails at the time.

Where are your products made? 

We source our goods from a number of locations including: the USA, India and China. This is based entirely on who does the best job in their particular field. Due to the size of our business and order quantities, we work with like-minded small producers and where possible, utilise organic and recycled fabrics from accredited GOTS suppliers. All of our GOTS Certified products are made in India.

Duties & Taxes

All duties and import fees will be calculated at checkout.*

*If you are ordering from the United States, some products may be subject to Tariffs. To avoid any extra fees for the customer, this will be displayed as a considerable increase in the Taxes & Duties visible under the shipping options at checkout.  

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment or fail to pay import fees from Power Goods you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Power Goods. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
